Your answers keep teams and games organized under the right competition. Choosing a rules preset applies the correct game settings automatically; select Custom only when your league uses different rules.
Tell us your age group, division, and competition rules. We will use them to make the in-game clock, foul tracking, and timeout controls match your league.

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Logiciels BenchAdvantage, including its basketball game-tracking, roster, analysis, backup, and account features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information. If you enter information about players or other people, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and have obtained any required consent.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the roster, game, and other content you enter. You grant Logiciels BenchAdvantage the limited right to store, process, back up, and transmit that content only to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or sensitive information that is not necessary to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
5. Service Changes and Availability
The Service may change, be updated, or become unavailable from time to time. Features are provided on an as-available basis. Keep independent backups of important data; Logiciels BenchAdvantage is not a substitute for your own recordkeeping.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Logiciels BenchAdvantage is not responsible for coaching, medical, eligibility, or competitive decisions made using the Service. Its total liability for a claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Logiciels BenchAdvantage may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or comply with law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented in the Service before they take effect where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your email address and display name. The Service also processes the roster, player, game, statistical, and configuration data you choose to enter. Basic technical information, such as browser storage state and authentication session data, may be processed to provide the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure Logiciels BenchAdvantage, authenticate your account, synchronize and back up your data when cloud features are enabled, maintain the Service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
3. Storage and Sharing
Most app data is stored locally in your browser. When you use an account and cloud synchronization, relevant account and app data is stored with our cloud service providers to deliver those features. We share information only with providers that help operate the Service, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law.
4. Player Data
You control the player information entered into your workspace. Do not enter more personal information than needed for team operations. If player information relates to minors, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority and consent.
5. Retention and Your Choices
Local data remains on your device until you remove it or clear browser storage. Cloud data is retained while your account and applicable cloud features remain active, subject to operational backups and legal obligations. You can delete your account and associated cloud basketball data in Settings → Manage account → Delete account and data. Deletion removes the account's workspace and recovery points, but operational backups or records subject to legal retention obligations may persist for the applicable period. Data already stored on other devices must be cleared separately. Contact support with questions about your information or deletion requests.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and sign out of shared devices.
7. Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. The current version is available in Settings. For privacy questions or requests, contact the Logiciels BenchAdvantage operator through the support channel provided with the Service.
